All products will be dispatched within 10 working days of purchase via Royal Mail. Items cannot be refunded or exchanged once they have been shipped.

All measurements for the apparel can be found in the size guide please check before buying!

Please do not leave any postage information in the order notes. It is not possible to pass this information along to the postal service

Shipping Information

If you are ordering from outside the UK please read the following information carefully. For shipping to US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Australia it can take some time to pass through customs… please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive.

If an item is left in a postal depot unclaimed for too long it will be returned to the UK.

Splodge is not responsible if orders are returned to sender due to incorrect / incomplete addresses, or for items that go unclaimed at the depot.

If orders are returned to sender, the international postage cost will be charged to resend the item to you.

Please order well in advance for gifts and events to avoid disappointment, there is no way to speed up the shipping / customs process, so best to be as organised as possible, especially around busy times!

Customs Charges/ Import Duty

Items may be subject to additional customs charges / import taxes - this varies by product & country, please check with your local customs agency. These fees are not included in the price or P&P and must be covered by the customer. Please be aware of this before placing any orders

 FAQs

  • Unfortunately approximately 1 in 50 of all our parcels are lost by the postal service. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 1 week (UK orders) and 4 weeks (international orders) please contact us on instagram @splodgestore or via email splodgestore@outlook.com and we will send a replacement parcel.

  • All of our products are screen printed by hand, there will be small differences across all products. We quality check everything we post and will not send it to you if we would not wear it ourselves. Remind yourself that the product is bespoke and 1 of a kind!

  • Refunds/Replacements will only be accepted in cases of faulty items. Please contact @splodgestore via instagram DM or email (splodgestore@outlook.com) with your order number and images of your faulty item in order to resolve the issue.
